The Role
We focus on building 7 high-potential startups at a time. On each of our startups, we have a small and effective team ranging from 5 to 15 people. An essential member of each team is a QA Analyst (Tester) who is the gatekeeper of quality on the project.
You’ll be responsible for implementing and reviewing test plans and manually testing the product. You’ll collaborate with the Tech Lead, Engineers, and Product Manager to understand the project scope and will be in charge of creating a quality test process, testing of bugs, and refining usability throughout the software development process. You’ll ultimately have the responsibility for giving the go/no-go for each release.

You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Product Manager with the preparation of User Stories
- Being an active member of refinement ceremonies, provide accurate estimations (from the QA side), and uncover edge cases
- Driving the whole QA process and testing lifecycle
- Working with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to define the test strategy, test plan, test scenarios, and test cases
- Reporting the outcomes of the testing process to the team and stakeholders on daily basis
- Collaborating with the Product Manager and Tech Lead on testing forms as a core part of the Business Rollout Strategy
- Last but not least - Driving the product launch checklist documentation
Skills & Requirements
- Good level of English
- 3+ years of experience with manual testing
- Ideally experience working independently on a project, as the only QA
- Strong command of creating test documentation (test strategy, test plan, test scenarios, and test cases)
- Experience with defining acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of HTTP and at least basic knowledge of API testing
- Experience with Postman or similar
- Experience with Cypress is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to uncover edge cases
- Driven, proactive personality with a growth mindset
- Highly self-organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable team player that can be counted on to deliver
