We're excited to open up our first Scrum Master position.
You'll work together with our Product Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process. You will be responsible for protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions and keeping the team focused on our goals. As the first Scrum Master to join us, you'll work with multiple OAK'S teams developing tech products for ambitious early-stage startups.
All this while listening to fresh beats throughout the office, enjoying snacks put out every day, and engaging in healthy debate with the team about innovative solutions that people haven't yet imagined
