We create a satellite office with optimal conditions for your team’s performance. We hire your new team, set up and equip an office, provide top-notch hardware and equipment, organize teambuilding events, and create benefit packages. We also manage employee travel between the main and satellite offices.
Our most comprehensive package helps you set up a tech hub in an offshore location where we manage the entire operation for you. In addition to the services included in our other packages, we also handle employment agreements, insurance, onboarding, vacations, expenses, payroll, bookkeeping, and taxes.
Yes. All members recruited by OAK’S BOOST will become your in-house employees, regardless of the service package you select and the location of where your new team is hired.
In the Recruitment and Satellite Office packages, we partner with a third-party compliance and payroll processor that manages payroll worldwide on your behalf. In the Tech Hub package, where we establish an entity on your behalf, we manage payroll via the newly established entity.

Not only do we offer recruitment services, but we also manage human resources, legal, finance, and office operations. We are able to recruit top-quality talent and also set up an optimal environment for the talent to perform.
In the Recruitment package, we charge a one-time commission for every hired member. In the Satellite Office package, we charge a monthly fee depending on the size of your team. In the Tech Hub package, we charge a one-time setup fee to set up your new offshore entity and then a monthly fee that grows depending on the size of your team.
