How we work
We work in small and effective autonomous teams. Our team sizes typically range from five to ten people, with each member focusing exclusively on a single product. In these small teams, every member is positioned to have a highly impactful role and influence the success of the product they’re building. During your time at OAK’S LAB, you’ll get the opportunity to work on a variety of products across multiple industries.

This has led to the creation of our proprietary product development methodology, the OAK’S LAB WAY. You’ll use this methodology in your day-to-day work and help shape its future by contributing insights and learnings from your team.

Nasdaq Private Markets (NPM)
Nasdaq’s spinout company, Nasdaq Private Market, hired us to design and develop a brand new web platform for their core product. The platform we’ve built is one of the only places where investors can buy shares of privately held unicorns such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and SpaceX. NPM has raised over $60 million in funding and is backed by some of the world's largest banks.
PlexTrac
PlexTrac approached us when they were just a team of two with a bootstrapped MVP and a grand vision. We led the development of a new, scalable product that is now utilized by numerous Fortune 500 companies. PlexTrac has since raised over $80 million and grown to a team of more than 100 employees.
Blackpoint Cyber
Blackpoint Cyber partnered with us to refine their product strategy, align their leadership team around a clear product vision, and then design, develop, and launch multiple customer-facing products to boost their market share. Blackpoint has raised over $200 million in funding, with investments from leading firms such as Bain Capital.
