An app that tells you the best card to use everywhere you spend, to maximize every transaction.

The situation
People carry a wallet full of cards but rarely use the one that actually pays off.
Reavo’s founders came with a real consumer pain, people juggle multiple credit and loyalty cards but rarely know which to use to maximize rewards, and a lot of passion. What they didn’t have was focus: a 43-page proposal spread across too many ideas, no defined product strategy, no knowledge of how the rewards and loyalty industry actually works, and no technical expertise to build it.
Before
- A 43-page proposal with ideas scattered across too many directions
- No defined product strategy or focus
- No industry knowledge or technical expertise to build it
After
- One focused payment-optimization product with a clear value proposition
- A validated strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan
- A launched MVP on iOS and Android, built to scale

The approach
Reavo recommends the best card and loyalty program to use at any merchant, based on location and rewards.
Reavo set out to solve a familiar problem: busy consumers hold multiple credit and loyalty cards but lack the time or knowledge to use the right one at the right place. The app recommends the best card and loyalty program to use at a given merchant based on location and available rewards, and doubles as a wallet with educational content to build better financial habits.
The founders had the conviction and the pain point, but not the focus or the domain expertise. They partnered with OAK’S LAB to turn a broad vision into a market-ready product and to navigate the realities of the rewards and loyalty industry.

The work
Turn a 43-page vision into a focused, market-ready fintech MVP.
The mandate was to bring focus, take a sprawling 43-page concept and shape it into one clear payment-optimization product, then design, build, and launch it on a lean timeline.
That meant defining the product strategy and scope, grounding it in how the rewards and loyalty industry really works, and delivering a complete MVP ready to compete in a crowded payments market.
